Trek Description:

Trekking in Ganesh himal is the place where you don’t see many tourist because of the less advertisement of that region . This trek is close from the capital with beautiful sceneries, many types of ethnic group that you can visit along the way almost every day. It is situated in central of Nepal, northwest of Kathmandu with the terraced hillsides seem to climb to the sky. Many interesting ethnic groups a mixed of lifestyle offer you a foretaste into real Nepali life and Nepalese cultural tradition from the closest way of the typical village and fuse with locals, hence giving the visitor a sense of satisfaction, entertainment,and the fact of the Nepali society . 

Gorkha is the part of Ganesh himal trekking here In Nepal, which offer you to see the historical place , mountaion, the village lifestyle etc. It is a beautiful old ancient place. There are two attractive temples of Hindus but everyone they can visit Gorakhanath and Kali inside the place are, Besides it’s, the area also offer you, an excellent habitat for a wide variety of plants and animals; 526 species of plants (including 40 species of orchids), and 300 species of birds. Other interesting wild animals are the Himalayan thar, gaur, many kinds of monkeys and musk deer.

DAY 02: Trek to Bhalche (2020m).

DAY 03: Trek to Gonga (2800m).

DAY 04: Kharka to Rupchet (3720m).

DAY 05: Acclimatization day, and hiking around the valley. 

DAY 06: Crossing the Singla Bhanjyang (4750m) and camp at Phedi (3545m). 

DAY 07: Trek to Pansang Bhanjyang (4000m). 

DAY 08: Rest and hiking around the valley. 

DAY 09: Trek to Tipling (2500m). 

DAY 10: Trek to Sertung(2050m) 

Day 11: Trek to Sapchet (1500m). 

Day 12: Trek to Darkha (1250m). 

DAY 13: Trek to Lapang( 1000m). 

DAY 14: Trek to Khahare (900m). 

DAY 15: Trek to Arughat (700m).

During the trekking we provide standard  guest house, calm environment and local healthy food  for our guest.


There are so many different taste of food and  international standard restaurants in Kathmandu where you can try your own taste of food and lots of choice. But in the trek mostly we can have Indian, nepali, continental, via menu especially each settlements provides Pasta, momo, soup items, potato item, rice, hot drink, cold drink etc.

What to take with you for trek:

As a guide myself since 14 years I give first priority to cloths which is most important in the cold mountain area. Equipment does matter to make your trek  easy and comfortable. Carrying excessive quantity of trekking equipment doesn’t make your trip more interesting but the disadvantage. So, we request you to carry only selected and recommended iteams and we have our potential porters. Warm Clothes, Down Jacket, Trouser, T-shirt, Hiking Boot, Sunglasses, Sun cream, Knife, Walking Steak, day back pack, Head Light, Sleeping Bag etc. These are the equipment's which you most carry during the trek.


  • Liner socks, Trekking shirts short sleeve,
  • Thermal underwear, fleece sweaters lightweight,
  • one heavier Easy drying long sleeved base layer shirts,
  • Woolen blends trekking socks, pair trekking pants with zip off bottoms

Outer layers:

  • Down vest, wind/rain proof over layer - jacket and pants,
  • Peak hat, headband, Warm winter hat, lightweight thermal layer hat,
  • Pair gloves, down jacket,
  • Pair down booties Great for keeping feet warm in tent and while sleeping and for in the tent. Pair flips flops, it is practice.

Best Season to Trek in Nepal:

Autumn (September - November) and Spring (March - May) is the best trekking season for the trekking and mountaineering in Nepal Because by that time the Weather is mostly clear and temperature is moderate which offers magic view of snow cap mountains and valley each day. Spring Season is such a beautiful time to see many different flowers, plants and rare animals especially Rhododendron flower along the way is the major attraction. Walking and trekking is also very suitable during this season.

Summer (June - August) and winter (December - February). This season provides a different scenic views each hours unpredictable weather ,heavy monsoon rainfall mostly in Annapurna region it is very much clear to trek around Mustang by summer time because of altitude you can skip the rain if you go those areas., so ,Everest, Langtang and Annapurna are always comfortable to trek even in winter season.

Experience & Fitness:

You should be fit enough to make those trekking because it is situated on quite high region however certain training like running, walking, exercising, balance diet all those things definitely will help to make it easily this trek.

Mountain sickness and Acclimatization:

Altitude sickness is a significant risk when trekking on any trails above about 2,500m. However good health,  proper care and drinking plenty of water will definitely help you to prevent from altitude sickness. Every trekkers needs to be familiar with the heights so, for this we have life saving acclimatization days during the trek, peak climbing and expedition. We also provide certain medical support for your relief and emergency rescue through helicopter whenever guest require.
