Jomsom Trekking starts in Pokhara visiting Poon Hill and Ghorepani or you can go there directly throgh beni by bus to tato pani and walk up to Jomsom Muktinath through beutiful thakali(ethnicit) village, Jomsom trekking is a famous short trek in Nepal as it is Beautiful and safe. The summit of Poon Hill is an amazing place to see sunrise and sunset with panoramic views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. The trek continues to the natural hot springs (Tatopani) next to the Kali Gandaki river. Here trekkers can relax by the riverside, bathing in the thermal waters and now that pool is being really clean and systametic compare to last 10 years. You then follow the Kali Gandaki valley to Kagbeni, the gateway to the Upper Mustang trekking region and experience an area that used to be part of Tibet. After this you reach Muktinath (meaning God of Nirvana) a place of pilgrimage for Hindus and Buddhists alike. The sacred temples here have 108 waterfalls flowing from dragons mouths and natural gas fires in the monastries. In the summer months there are many festivals here where the local men compete on horseback and demonstrate their riding skills racing through the village streets. From here it is downhill to Jomson, the trek ends here, you can then fly or take a bus to Pokhara.
DAY 01: Drive from Kathmandu (1350) to Pokhara (910m)by bus ,it's about 6 to 7 hrs drive along trisuli river mostly and Stay over night in pokhara .
DAY 02: Drive from pokhara to Nayapul (1070m) and trek to TikheDhunga/Hille (1595m),This is really pleasent trail along the river and it has also get to see typical houses and people along the way.it takes about 3 to 4 hrs to get Thekhedunga.
DAY 03: Trek to Ghorepani (2850m), it is quite long day but the trails makes you fit and it's takes about 5 to 6 hrs to Ghorepani through rododendron forest and beutiful scenaries of gree hill and snow cap mountains.
DAY 04: Hike up to Poon Hill (3210m), for sunrise with out back pack and after poonhill get back to the hotel than decending to Tatopani (1190m), it takes about 5 hrs walking.
DAY 05: Trek to Ghasa (2010m).it takes about 6 hours to Ghasa.
DAY 06: Trek to Tukuche (2590m),this is really nice village and there is distalary also of apple brandy, because there is appale garden,it's about 5.30 hrs.
DAY 07: Trek to Kagbeni (2800m), it is the best place and old village to see so many traditions arond ,it takes 5 to6 hours.
DAY 08: Trek to Muktinath (3860m), it is lovely trails because there are so many typical houses of thakali people along the way and they always respect the trekkers saying with namaste(it means hi),it's about 4 hrs to muktinath.
DAY 09: Trek to Jomsom (2750m), it is same way back to jomsom but ion the way back is really beautiful because you get to see so many mounatins included dhaulagiri(8167mtr).
DAY 10: Fly to Pokhara (910m) eraly in the morning because afetr 11 am there is always strong wind.

The shower and wifi things is not in the room when you have your accommodation in the mountain just to make assured that you should take plug and charger yourself to charge your batteries at dinner hall of guest house, which is the system in Himalaya.
Food in Nepal:
In Nepal we do serve most of the food such as western, Indian, Nepali, Chinese and so on but you should try in clean place and restaurant can be at local too but you should try safely in local restaurant. Most of the Indian and Nepali foods are spicy which is not suit for most of the western people as it is important. Even in your trip in mountain you can consult with your tour operator or guide what is best to eat and try fresh vegetable food. You can choose from menu which is system in the mountain too and to make you assured that the bargain system is strictly prohibited in the mountain for food.
Trekking equipments are the major part of your trek and tour because if you don’t have good cloths and warm for mountains you may not be successes your trip. The main things that you should keep in your mind that your cloths need to be in a small bags but everything what is just important because there are limit weight system in a plane , you don’t need many cloths in the mountain so only selected and recommended items you take with you. When is Best Season for trek:
There is much different landscape and their own characteristic mountain area trek in Nepal where you can trek all here any month but the loveliest time to go to Nepal is between Sep- Nov and Feb – June. The months which I mentioned here for good time is truly dam good because each and every day you get to see the clear sky, no rain and magnificent high range mountains and visible green valley which leads to you to your goal every day after spending your days like that.
The global warming effects can be seen in to the Himalaya too, beside best trekking months December and June July also can be your great time because those months will not be crowded and we have still good view since decade there is some changes so don’t worry if you are not able to mange you time at high good season other months are good though to trek in Nepal.
Experience & Fitness:
Generally the trekking routes in Nepal are quite high compare to Europe and other nations so you should train at list few weeks or a month to be strong and fit. The altitude is a major issues here not to make your trip successful so be assured yourself that I am fit enough than you should also ask with your related tour company or guide as a recommendation what should I do for the trek. It is common problem for who grew up at the low level and want to trek to the high Himalaya area such as Annapurna circuit, base camp, and Everest region. You should do train a lot and need to be strong. When you start your trek you should try drink a lot of water warm water if possible and eat as much as you can because you never know you are losing your energy level, so you need to take care about the hight limitation each day to walk, about food, and drink these are the major factor to make your successful trek. Just in case after take caring all of these also if you have mountain sickness you might get those basic symptoms such as headache, vomiting, lack of appetite, dizzy, and diarrhea. If you have those symptoms one buy one you have to consult with your guide and friends without hesitating than follow what they say and use medicine( Diamox tab half in the morning and half in the evening a da after food) than decent with friends or guide, that will surly helps you to save your life.
