Siklish shor Annaurna Trek

Overview

The Siklish annaprna trek is a relatively easy short camping/home stay trek in the North-West Annapurna region. This is an area that is not frequented often by tourists so offers delightfully peaceful trails off the beaten track. Siklish annapuna trek has amazing views over the entire Annapurna Range including Machapuchhare (Fish Tail Mountain), Lamjung, Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, charming Gurung villages, terraced fields, alpine meadows and rhododendron forests. The area is rich in birdlife and culture as the Gurung people farm the area in ways that have barely changed over the past two hundred years.

This is an excellent way to explore the Annapurna region for those who are not very experienced trekkers or for those short on time.

The trip to Nepal was a great experience.  I organized the tour (10 days) with Santosh Gauli . Very good flexibility on his part to change the program to suit our needs (both of time and things to see). Santosh welcomed us at the airport and we have always followed the best. I was really happy for his organization of all the pro ... Read More
