Day1: Drive from Kathmandu (1350m) to Pokhara (900m), It's about 7 hours drive and if you fly it's just 30 minutes, so you have the choice to go and stay overnight in Pokhara.
Day2: Drive from Pokhara to Nayapul in the morning, it's about 1.30 hours drive by car and trek to Thikhedunga (1560m)along the little river.
Day 3: Trek from Thikhedunga to Ghorepani(2820m).this is the best day to discover so many things such as a typical village, waterfall, suspension bridges etc. it's about 5 to 6 hours walking through the rhododendron forest mostly.
Day 4: Wake up early in the morning for the sunrise view from Poon Hill (3210m) and head down to Tadapani(2660m).it takes 5 hours in total.
Day 5: Trek from Tadapani to Ghandruk (1950m) or Syaulibazar(1150m).
Day 6: Ghandruk/Syaulibazar to Nayapul and drive back to Pokhara about 1.30 hour. still, we have few hours left to visit Pokhara such as boating, cave, waterfall, Tibetan refugee’s camp.
Day 7: Drive back from Pokhara to Kathmandu early in the morning (7.25am) by tourist bus.
