The Dolpo trekking is one of the best and remote restricted area trekking in Nepal, a remote and hidden destination to the far western part of Nepal visited by many local and foreigner. This trekking is the best to explore quietly your self because it is really tranquil and different scenario than other parts of Nepal.

Dolpo trekking generally a rich of biodiversity including any kind of herbs, unspoiled culture as it is really interesting and also the lake called pristine, old Buddhist arts and Gompas. The local people have their own language, customs and their way to live which is rare to see other parts of Nepal probably in the world, those local people have quite a similar way to life like Tibetan people and all; so their appearance. Dolpo trekking region takes you to know an amazing landscape, experienced different rain shadows and also unbelievable snow cap mountain views surrounding.

The 1990 Oscar-nominated movie Himalaya directed by Eric Valli was filmed here as it is really beautiful region and spectacular views. The flora and fauna is another attraction of Dolpo trek where you get to see really rare wild animals such as blue sheep, snow Leopard, rare birds, Himalayan Griffon.

Itinerary

DAY 01: Arrive in Kathmandu international airport and transfer to selected hotel and rest of day personal activities.

DAY 02: Kathmandu valley sightseeing and trekking preparation.

DAY 03: Kathmandu to Nepalgunj and then overnight at a tent.

DAY 04: Juphal to Dunai (2150m) and then overnight at a tent.

DAY 05: Dunai to Tarakot (2550m) and then overnight at a tent.

DAY 06: Tarakot to Khanigaon (2550m) and then overnight at a tent.

DAY 07: Khanigaon to Chukore (about 3550m) and then overnight at a tent.

DAY 08: Chukore to Kamokharka (4000m) and then overnight at a tent.

DAY 09: Kamokharka to Do (4130m) and then overnight at a tent.

DAY 10: Who to Numa La Camp (4350m) and then overnight at a tent.

DAY 11: Numa La Camp to Bang La Camp (4500m) and then overnight at a tent.

DAY 12: Bang La Camp to Sanu Bheri Valley and then overnight at a tent.

DAY 13: Sanu Bheri valley to Phoksundo Lake (3730m) and then overnight at a tent.

DAY 14: Phoksundo Lake to Pungmo Valley (3304m) and then overnight at a tent.

DAY 15: Pungmo Valley to Lasa Meadow (about 4300m) and then overnight at a tent.

DAY 16: Lasa Meadow to Garpung Khola Valey (4000m) and then overnight at a tent.

DAY 17: Garpung Khola Valley to Hurikot (2600m) and then overnight at a tent.

DAY 18: Hurikot to Forest Camp (3250m) and then overnight at a tent.

DAY 19: Forest Camp to Churta (3010m) and then overnight at a tent.

DAY 20: Churta to Jumla (2370m) and then overnight at a tent.

DAY 21: Jumla to Kathmandu and overnight at selected hotel in Kathmandu.

DAY 22: Departure to international airport to fly your home country. We will provide you free transport to international airport.
