Annapurna trekking is one of the popular and wonderful area trekking. The high length of Annapurna and other many big mountains including 7th highest Mountain are the major attractions of this trek.

Annapurna region lies to the West of Kathmandu and has many alternative walking trails, Among them, Annapurna trekking is the one which is especially design for all kind of tourist either kids or old age people. There are so many tea houses, restaurants, to stay whenever you feel tired we will have plenty of choices and also while you are walking you will get to see the natural way of rural life, insane Himalayan and crystal clear rivers and streams.

Once you reach at Nayapul after 1.3o m drive from Pokhara we will start our journey to Hille, Ulleri, Ghorepani, Tadapani, Jhinu, and back to Phedi via Deurali. It is perfect low altitude trekking in Annapurna for all kind of visitors.

Annapurna trekking outline itinerary:

DAY 01: Arrival in Kathmandu(1450m),

DAY 02: Drive to Pokhara(850M).

DAY 03: Drive from Pokhara to Nayapul than trek to Thikhedunga (1560m).

DAY 04: Trekking to Ghorepani(2820m)

DAY 05: Hiking to Poon hill and trekking to Tadapani(2600m),

DAY 06: Tadapani to Jhinu Danda (1750m).

DAY 07: Trek from Tolka (1650m).

DAY 08: Trek from Tolka to Pokhara.

DAY 09: Pokhara to Kathmandu.

DAY 1: Arrival in kathmandu(1450m),

On arrival in kathmandu airport i will give your pick ups service by private transport. It is about 30 minute drive to reach your hotel. once we reach at hotel i will give you time to meet again for trip discussion and trek preparation.

DAY 2: Drive to pokhara from kathmandu tourist bus station.

After breakfast in the hotel we take a taxi to bus sation or go by foot which is 15 minute walk and 5 minute drive. the bus leaves from kantipath Jamal kathamndu at 7 AM every day. it is about 7 hours lovely drive passing many terrace field, rivers, bridges, and so many zigzag road. the bus will be comfertable and also will stop twice a time before you reach pokhara city for Lunch. after 7 hours drive you will reach at a beautiful city pokhara which is 950 meter high from sea level .pokhara is beautiful city as it has many lakes, mountain views and peaceful environments. over night in pokhara hotel

DAY 3: Drive from Pokhara to Nayapul and trek to Thikhedunga (1560m).

We begin to trek after we have breakfast in pokhara hotel. we will take private transport from pokhara to Nayapul which is about 42 km and takes about 1.30 minute. Whe we reach at nayapul our trek will start towards the beautiful valley to the north east side. this day we just walk about 3 hours from nayapul to thikhedunga , hille. it is easy walking day that we just follow the off road along the River till Hille, Thikhedunga. it is wide area with beautioful landscapes and farming from giurung cummunity. over night stay in local Lodge.

DAY 4: Trekking from Thikhedunga to Ghorepani(2820m)

This is our long walking day compare to other walking days but it is the best day too because within 6 hours walking today we going see traditional house, paddy and potato field, wonderful landscapes, waterfall, streams and rivers, rhododendron forest and high mountains.

The first walking trail will be step walk on a stone made steps through the village and some suspension bridge continue take you to a dense houses area called Ulleri village which is situated on the top edge of mountain. When you reach At Ulleri village the trail further up will be quite easier and goes in to the forest through Banthati and Nangethanti, it is where most of the trekkers stop for lunch. After lunch the trail still goes up though the forest about another 1.30 minute than we will reach at Ghorepani Deurali, where we will spent a night. Ghorepani is quite big area with many lodges and poon residency area beside that the nature is unbelievable as well as many mountains. Over night in the lodge.

DAY 5: Hiking to Poon hill and trekking to Tadapani(2600m),

Day 5 is our especial day to explore clear panorama view from Poon hill top which is located on 3210m. We begin our hike without breakfast so we should take some energy bar with us which helps a lot to walk. We go to Poon hill for a imaging sunrise view and more than 10 high mountains. After sunrise we go back to Ghorepani hotel and take some food than walk to other side of hill which is about 1 hour climb at the beginning than we descend till Lunch place Banthati. After Lunch we will follow the small gradual trail for about 35 minute than steeply downhill to the river about 20 minute than 35 minute steep up to the top, ther is Tadapani where we sleep in the lodge.

DAY 6: Trek from  Tadapani to Jhinu Danda (1750m).

When we weak up we can see such a massif mountain south Annapurna and Hiuchuli straight to the north side and other  many mountains. We will have breakfast in the lodge and we begin to walk to Jhinu. The first 2 hours walk we have to go steeply down hill following the small zigzag way and forest till the kimrung khola than we have to cross suspension bridge than 15 minute straight up to Gurjung. Gurjung is a beautiful wide gurung village where most of the people stop for tea or coffee than countinue up to Durbin danda than easy walk to jhinu. So this day we will explore magnificent view and green lush valley as well as typical houses and farming. Jhinu is a small area but it is popular place for trekkers to have natural bath near the lodge. Over night stay at the lodge.

DAY 7: Trek from Jhinu to Tolka (1650m).

After having bath at Jhinu Danda we will be refreshed again and continue we start to walk after breakfast like as usual. The trail will be easy to walk this day because we don’t need to follow really small trail and also we just walk in a opened area. The first 20 minute from jhinu we have to walk steeply down till the river than we cross the bridge and gradual walk to New Bridge. After passing new bridge we have to pass a old and long suspension bridge to go to the other side of the hill and easy walk to Landruk village which is big areas of Gurung residency, It is where we will stop for lunch than another one hour off road walk to Tolka. Over Night at Tolka.

DAY 8: Trek from Tolka to Pokhara.

It is our last walking day in the mountain. We take our early breakfast again and we will follow the road again which is easy walk till Bhedi Gharka than we ascend through the forest till Deurali. It is about 1.30 minute walk than steeply downhill walk through the peaceful forest  to Pothana where we have to check out our conservation permit and Lunch there after that countinue down hill to Phedi via Dhampus village. It is about 5 to6 hours walk to phedi from tolka than we will have transportation back to pokhara , which is only 30 minute drive to pokhara. over night in pokhara.

DAY 9: Pokhara to Kathmandu.

Day 9th we will be in Kathmandu. We have to take early bus at 7 am from Pokhara than we will be back to Kathmandu which is about 7 hours drive including lunch break in between. Over night In kathamndu.

Day 10: Departure

As we have itinerary we will give you adrop servicein a private transport to airport from your hotel. Hope you will be reconnect as we did our best good luck safe way back home.

Nepal tourism board published some rules and regulation for porters who used to work generally with tourist they carry 25 kg , so in general you will get one porter for two trekkers it means one trekker need to make their weight about 12.5 kg and if you have extra clothes or any extra things that you bought from your country you can leave in hotel locker in Kathmandu once you are back you will get it, it is safe.
